I have WinXP SP3 Media center. When I go to BIOS mode by F2, the screen is
blurred because the screen resolution is 800x600 instead of 640x480.How do I
make the BIOS open in 640x480 resolution. Safe mode will open in 640x480
resolution and the picture is clear.

Ask the computer manufacturer tech support folks, Windows XP can't
change the BIOS video resolution.

You do not. BIOS just gives the default resolution that it was
developed for.

FWIW, you can skip the "mouse and money" business with

Winkey+R, desk.cpl, enter

I dunno, what would you call the following instructions? <grin>

"move the mouse so it is way, way down in the lower right corner. Place
a penny or dime on the mousepad touching the upper left corner of the
mouse. Pull the mouse diagonally down to the right a distance equal to
the diameter of the coin. Then back up to the coin. "
