I was given a pc from a relative and and am able to
change his name over to mine except on "cookies" in
temp.int.files.I need to change his original user account
for admin.I was told it has to do with hidden folders in
win.explorer but i am not exactly sure how to do it.Can
anyone give me directions on this matter.Thank you!

You cannot change the name of the User's folder. Create a new account, then remove the old one, if desired.
