Cannot find where to change "UNKNOWN" to a user defined name in Outlook
Contacts, especially when printing a/all Contact. Please help!!

If you're using the Memo Style for printing, the UNKNOWN can't be removed.
Usually the name associated with the default e-mail account appears there, so
you must not have any e-mail accounts installed in Outlook.
