Change underline word "s" win | start | turn off computer

Hi all,

in win XP Sp3 prof is it possible to change the underline word "s" (in
italian release Win Xp is "S" from "Spegni computer") (key win | start |
turn off computer) that turn off computer with an other letter i.e. "G":
"speGni computer"?
