There is a toolbar icon for "add sender to blocked senders list" on one of my
computers. I would like to set this icon up on another computer but now
can't figure out where I got the icon.

So, what is the procedure for replacing toolbar command text with an icon?

Right click on any toolbar, Customize; then right click on the toolbar
button you want to change.
