Hi,

When trying to change the TCP/IP properties of network connection on a
Windows 2000 server, the window does not come up, and the following message
is displayed in the eventlog:

The shell stopped unexpectedly and Explorer.exe was restarted.

We run Windows 2000 Serv, w/SP4.

We restarted the server, updated with the latest patches, uninstalled
display driver, but no result.

Any help is appreciated,

Vincent
