After a corruption in a database I have a user table who's permissions have been set to the dbengine see belo
so the system thinks its a system table and won't give me design permissions for i

Name: Company Informatio
Owner: Engin
All Permissons:
Inherit:
Permissions:
UserName: admi

I need to reset the permissions in code (or any other way) or be able to delete the table and re-create it as follows

Name: Cost Code
Owner: admi
All Permissons: 104831
Inherit:
Permissions: 104831
UserName: admin
