Jeff,
I just exported an access file to an XLS and imported it into Excel and
it didn't change the default font. So I can't replicate your problem.
Placing your sig at the top with a delimiter (the dash dash space "-- ")
wipes out all of the previous quote. The proper place for a delimiter
is at the bottom, or not at all, so the quoted material remains in
replies. Note I am not criticizing your posting style, only the usage
of the delimiter.
