You'd need to give us *****much***** more detail to be able to answer that.

What is the purpose of this move?
What do you want to continue to work?
What to you want to prevent from working?

What is the existing network layout?
What IP address range(s) is / are in use, and where?
What subnet masks you are currently using?

What subnet you want this person on?
Does this different subnet already exist, or does it need to be created?
