change the style of messages

How do I change the style of all messages so I don't have to do it with every
message? Currently with each new message I have to go into Format then Style
and pick the one I want. Can I set up the style with my stationary?

AFAIK, you can't change the style of messages, except for plain text or some
HTML messages.
