change the spelling by tool, option, spelling. no optons tag

Hi,
I have used the help to try to change the dictionary used to correct my
spelling.
I can change it English Australian but it does not hold there. Cannot set it
as the default.
I then try what ws selected
Tools
Options spelling
BUT NO OPTION BUTTON
Csn snyoen help me with this probelm if they have found and corrected it
before.
