We were unable to find a way to do this easily. I did read on suggestion
that said to create setup the new application store and then create a new
software install package that upgrades the old one. We haven't tried that
yet.
Also, I read that the best way to set these up (and avoid this problem in
the future) is to setup a DFS share and use that for storing the
applications. DFS shares are server (name) independent.
