Event Viewer, Applicatiion Warninng ID 1517 says memory used by the user's
registry has not been freed when logging off! Therefore I loaded Task Mgr,
clicked on the Processes tab, and sorted the User column. I found 14
services running on a Users Account including BTTray, iTunes Helper, and
MSASCui.(whatever that is). How can I change these to Local or Network??

No need to toggle process ownership. I'd try adding the Microsoft
add-on service "User Profile Hive Cleanup" to your system.

It's not a big issue, but a commune one. No need to change accounts. Just
install the User Profile Hive Clean Up Service.

Lol..a slip of click in spell check. Should be "common" not "commune".
