I use the Paint program to make picture frames and then reduce pictures to
fix the frame and save them and then upload to webpages. The program takes a
2.5mb picture and reduces it to under 100kb after I save it. Is there a way
to have the Paint Program save my pictures at a larger size??
Thank you for your assistance.

It all depends on what format you are saving the files as.

Why not download a free graphic program such as GiMP? It's almost as
powerful as Photoshop ($700 software) and it's totally free. Might have a
lot more features than you need, but it'll certaintly be a much better and
easier to use program than Paint.

Save as .BMP will prevent the lossy compression from being used.
