In order to enable USB capability, our procedure is to change the USBStore
value to 2, but in this particular situation an error occurs:

"Cannot edit Start: Error writing the values new contents"

Is there a work around for this?

Once again, Google is your friend. Simply use the error message as the
search term. The problem is likely caused by insufficient registry
permissions.
