Is there a way to change a registry HKEY setting from
access code?

I'd like to use the MVP Method A API recommendation (at
http://www.mvps.org/access/api/api0038.htm) to change the
HKEY at install or first use.

My form has a tab control that has linked images, and the
load image is very annoying , I am also currently
utilizing the timer funciton for auto form shutdown so
MVP method B isn't applicable. (it was also recommended
that i use a dummy hidden form to shut down the main
window so i could use method b...)

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated, Thanks
in advance!

Brent

There are lots of sites that have code to write to the registry. One that I
used just today came from http://www.thescarms.com/vbasic/registry.asp
