I just used file and setting transfer wizard from old to
new XP desktop. Now when I try to save anything in "My
Documents" to CD it tells me it is a read only file? I
have tried numerous things to fix this as right clicking
the "MY Documents" icon and changing the attributes. Even
doin it in Explorer? I have unplugged the CD-RW and
rebooted then shuting down and reinstalling it to no
avail? I have even changed the drive # still nothing?

Have you copied the file off the CD and on too your hard drive? You can't
save directly to the CD very time. You save it to your hard drive, then you
can re-burn a CD with the file on it. Once you have copied the file over
you right click on the file itself (not the folder) and uncheck Read Only.
