When trying to change my publish destination, the password window comes up and won't allow me to click on Change from the File/Publish Web window.

Close FrontPage.
Click Run > Search and search for
files named *.web and delete all that it finds.
Also, if it is an old web with a new location,
delete the old entry from My Network places.

Reopen FrontPage and try to publish.

No files found. Nothing in My Network Places, either

Use File Publish Web/Site (not the publish button)

That is the process I used. My previous dns info comes up asking for end user permission. I cannot close that box without ending the process altogether. How can I change DNS info?

shannon,

Under the File menu, do you see
- Publish Web

or

- Publish Web... (with dots)

Only the second one will allow you to choose a destination, etc. before
trying to publish. The one without the dots tries to publish immediately.
