Don't even know why there would be a Word icon...that's bizarre. What method
did you use to copy the files? Where are they stored right now? Are they
marked read-only? (They have to be read/write, which means they can't be on
a CD or some such thing). What happens when you try to open them in Outlook?
Any error messages?
