Thanks. Yes, these are HTML formatted email.
I tried what you're suggesting. I assume you're suggesting to Save As in
..htm format, then open in Internet Explorer. It does reflect the revised
header and footer, but now I lose the normal message heading. Normally when
print an HTML formatted message from Outlook 2003, it prints my name and an
underline at the top of the page. (First the page header, then under that, my
name, then a line across the page.) But when I Save As HTML from Outlook,
then open and print in Internet Explorer, I no longer get my name and
underline.
What I'm trying to do is to format the message so that it looks like a
normal message printed from Outlook, only with no date at the bottom of the
page.
