change power setting on monitors

In Active Directory for Windows XP PRO systems, is there a
way to force all users to have their monitors power option
set to say 60 minutes. What we want is to have the
monitors shut down power after 60 minutes of non use.
I have search all of the options in group policy, but I
have not found a way to set this up.
