You can deploy a prf-file with the correct mail server settings. You can
create a prf-file via the Office Resource Kit (ORK) for Office 2003 or with
the Office Customization Tool (OCT) in Office 2007. The prf-file created
with the Office Resource Kit will also be compatible with Outlook 2007.
