You could have purchased a USB add-in card for a lot less money than a new
PC.

One thing you could do is to switch your delivery location to the PST
containing the contacts. That PST will become your default folders, then.
If you don't want to do that, open the contacts folder containing the
contacts, press CTRL-A to select them all, then right-click and drag the
selection to the default Contacts folder, choosing Copy or Move and you
wish.
