Change Permissions Once for Many Folders

In the Process of Setting up Delegation I have a User who has a rather large
number of Outlook Email Folders. It would seem that all of the folders in the
Delegation process need to be done one by one ( even at the most basic
level), so the question is, can these changes be applied ( all the same
levels of access except one) at one single point.
