Change outlook from dial up to broadband can't send anything

My outlook express was set up incorrectly with a dial up setting. I am now on
broadband and I want to change the details so I can send email and photos.
my camera program uses outlook by default and nothing will go. How do I fix
this or use hotmail as my default sender instead? Thanks

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.
