Change Outlook 2007 Default Text Wrapping to In Line With Text

When I paste an image into Outlook 2007, it defaults to In Front of Text. How
can I change this to In Line with Text? Thanks in advance.

In Line with Text is the default.
You can change it back by composing a new message-> Office orb in left top
corner-> button: Editor Options-> section Advanced-> option: Insert/paste
picture as
