Change out start/stop

How do you change the startup and shutdown splash
screens in windows xp/2000 server,etc? Are they all the
same? how about editing the bios startup screen? "Like
how dell has theirs.

Changing the bios splash is beyond the abilities of about 99.99% of the
people out there, but there is quite a large community of Win "hackers" for
