Any way to change the pc ip address without logoff user id ?

currently user don't have right to chnage the ip address

It depends on how you have your user locked down. If s/he can still
right-click and "run as Administrator":

Otherwise, don't make us guess your situation (most people won't bother) and
provide more details so you can get the help you want. For instance, you
didn't even tell us whether this machine is a domain member and what other
restrictions you've set.

does't matter is standard alone and domain member, sometime we can't logoff
user but we need to change the pc ip address in user logon mode.

no restriction set, is normal user right .

does matter "is standalone and domain member". can't understand what you're
