Change net bindings through registry

Is it possible to modify the registry settings to change
the network bindings? We can manually do the changes via
My Network Places > Properties> Advanced Settings. But to
visit 300 workstations to make these changes is costly.

If it is possible what are the registry settings for the
bindings? Including TCPIP IPX VPN etc.

Are there any suggested alternatives?

Dennis
