As I mentioned in my first post, the user's name had been changed in Word.
In the Virtual PC test computer, her name was not set up or configured in
Windows anywhere, nor in Word, only Outlook when I set up her Exchange
account. The correct Author shows in the New Message Properties on the test
machine. This leads me to think that her maiden name is probably not coming
from her Exchange account, but from the local PC.
We are using Outlook in Cached mode, if that makes a difference.
