Change name in new message properties

Outlook 2003 Exchange account, Windows XP Professional.

One of our users got married and wanted her name changed on Outlook. We got
it changed in most places except one.
Her name has been changed in the other office programs - Word, Excel, etc.

When she clicks on New - Message, and checks the properties of the new
unsent message, her maiden name still shows in the author field. To test, I
set up a virtural PC with Office and her married name. The only place her
name is used, is in Outlook. Everything is good there. Her married name shows
properly in the new message properties.
I then removed her Outlook profile, and set up Outlook with my e-mail
account on the same virtual PC. Her name still shows up as the author in the
new message properties.

I searched the registry, and removed references to her name. I searched the
virtual hard drive for file names, or file contents with her name, and
deleted those references.

Her name still shows as the author in the new message properties.

Does anyone know how to change the Author name in the new message properties?

Thanks,
Ken

dlw thanks for your reply.

As I mentioned in my first post, the user's name had been changed in Word.
In the Virtual PC test computer, her name was not set up or configured in
Windows anywhere, nor in Word, only Outlook when I set up her Exchange
account. The correct Author shows in the New Message Properties on the test
machine. This leads me to think that her maiden name is probably not coming
from her Exchange account, but from the local PC.

We are using Outlook in Cached mode, if that makes a difference.

Thanks,
Ken
