Windows XP Professional (32-bit) is all Windows XP Professional (32-bit).
There is no 2002/2003 version. You can have integrated SP1a, SP2, SP3 and
even more updates and such. As long as your installed copy is XP
Professional and the copy you purchased is XP Professional - you can change
your product key:
The Genuine Advantage Product Key Update Tool is only valid for
users attempting to change their current non-genuine Product Key
to a genuine COA sticker or genuine Product Key - all without a
reinstall!
