I am using Outlook 2003 with Exchange server.
My own eMail address is presented to recipients as

(E-Mail Removed)

Note: mixing of capital and lower letters

I want my email address completely changed to lower letters:

(E-Mail Removed)

Where in Outlook can I change this?
or is this a setting in Exchange Server ?

Joe

I expect this is a setting on the Exchange server. Ask your exchange admin.

Since you are on an Exchange server, administration regarding mail is
centralized; contact your mail admin to get it changed.

Hi Joe,

This setting is in the directory (AD Domain with Exchange Server
schema extentions). Get your IT person to alter it for you.

Hope that helps.

Hi Joe,

This is an Active Directory setting (Exchange Server). Your IT person
can do it for you.

Hope that helps.

If you are in a domain environment, it is a property on the user object in
the domain. You would need assistance from your network administrator or
someone who has access to Active Directory Users & Computers with the 2003
Exchange tools installed and has Exchange Administrator access. Many
companies require their administrators to configure all email addresses in
the same fashion, so they may tell you "no".

Exchange setting. Talk to your Exchange admin.

Joe,

Technically, it's Active Directory where the changes need to be made

If you're using an Exchange account, the sending address is controlled by
Active DIrectory. Ask your AD or Exchange admins if they'd be willing to
change it. However, why do you think it's worth changing?
