I am trying to change my personnel information in Outlook. It shows me as an
NC1. I am an NCC. Can I change this information myself or do I need to do
something else to get help with fixing it? Thank You!

I've got no clue what screen you are looking at here.

Where are you seeing this and which version of Outlook are you using? Also,
you might want to include you mail account type.
