Is there a way to change multiple task priorities at one time? I currently
am changing priorities one task at a time.

A few lines of VBA do the trick:

....and another way is to group by Priority and then drag from one group to
another. Use the Group By Box, drag the Priority icon field header into it.
Then drag items from one group to another.
