Hi,

We had a weekly meeting in our outlook (outlook 2007) and
in every meeting we were writing some notes.
We changed the date of the meeting and the data that they were saved in were
lost.
Hopefully, we had a back up.

I tried this tutorial :
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ou...303991033.aspx

and the data that they were saved for all the dates are still there but the
data that they were saved individually in every date were lost, when I
changed the date.

Can you please tell me how to make it save the data individually too when we
change a date?

Thanks in advance,
Dinos.

When you change a recurring event, the item is regenerated and the notes are
often lost. If you need to keep the notes, copy each event and put notes in
the copy. (Select, ESC to exit edit mode, Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V to make an
non-recurring copy for that date. Repeat at each meeting when you take
notes.)
