I have a 3Com 3C920 Integrated Fast Ethernet Controller under Windows
2000. Can I change the MAC Address of this card and how do I proceed?

Nope, it's a unique ID embedded into the card. The first 2 sets of Hex
identify the manufacturer and the remainder identify the card.

Why do you need to change the MAC address?

I don't know specifically if that card allows it, but some NICs allow you to
go into the configuration of the card on the "Advanced" tab and change the
network address.
