Want to change the location of the current users My Documents in code.
I have the code to change the registry, but it seems like a reboot is
required. Is there anyway to change the location of the My Documents in
the registry and not require a reboot.

My purpose is to have Word Mail Merge use the My Documents\My Data
Sources from another machine. The client is running on Citrix and it is
locked down so hard that the client can not access the My Data Sources
on the C:\ drive to run their Mail Merge, because the c:\ drive is the
Citrix machine.

You don't need to reboot just logoff.

I can not ask my client who has just logged onto my software to log
off. Is there another solution to moving the My documents\My data
sources folder?

1.) You'll need to restart the shell explorer.exe

2.) No idea really. Try asking them here.
