Hi,

Forgive me as I am quite new to this.

I have a problem at my work where each day I have to send around 100 emails out with an attachment advising that I need a purchase order code to be sent back to me, but when people do not forward and reply the attachment does not come back with it and I need the attachment to be sent back with it.

Is there any way I can either program the outlook message what I can save as a template to disable the reply to and reply to all buttons or when they hit the forward button to auto fill the To bar with my email address

I have had a bit of experience with macros and VB so any ideas and help would be very much appreciated

Thank you

Andy
