change the java based buttons generated by frontpage

I think that you should change the java based buttons which are generated by
frontpage. They are used for some of my university webpages, and when i click
on the button, it won't open. Very frustrating!!!!

FWIW the "interactive buttons" in FrontPage 2003 can be thought of as a
replacement for the "hover buttons", but more than a replacement, they're
much much better.
