I have an e-mail account with msn.com that I pay for. It won't let me change
the email to go to my personal folder inbox. I have other email accounts
that are POP and I have the option to do that. What can I do

What happens when you try?
Which version of Outlook are you using?

how are you accessing the account? if you use the outlook connector, you can
only use the folder it creates.
