change ie accessibility settings

Looking for freeware to change IE6 (Windows) accessibility settings (ignore
website-specified font sizes, etc.) without going into settings. I know
it's easy to do this in Internet Options, but it's not for me... Maybe it
can be added to the toolbar somehow? Or toggled with a button somehow?
Thanks for any help.
