## Change Icon Default path

When changing Windows icons, a dialogue box opens :
Change Icon / Look for Icons in this file: %SystemRoot%\system32\SHELL32.dll.

My question: Is there a registry tweak that can alter this default path to a
folder where I keep all saved icons? I have searched Kelly's XP Tweaks and
did a Google search, but could not find answers to my query.

My system Windows XP Professional SP3
Thanks
