Running XP-Home
How do I change the hover (highlight) when the mouse
pointer hovers over a file/folder name in an Explorer
window? I looked in "Appearances / Advanced" but could not
find any feature that had the offending color as a default
(dark blue). After I move away, the color changes to one I
have chosen for "selected items" in the "Appearances /
Advanced" window as the highlight color I want (green).
But as soon as I move the pointer back on top of the icon,
it turns back to dark blue which makes the underlying text
(black) unreadable.

Thanks for any help,
Jim
