Change hardware disk

I need to install a disk that was in a IBM Laptop in a
Toshiba Laptop, but when i try to boot give me an error
that said "NTLDR is missing".

What can i do?

Since the two machines are radically different, I recommend
a fresh installation of Windows 2000.
