My question is simple... Can we have a Windows 2000
English isntall and put a French GUI whitout changing all
the Windows corr?

The law here force all the computer to be install in
french but I dont want to have a french corr...

Is there a way (like in Windows Xp) to only change the
language GUI

Greetings --

No, there isn't. If you need French, you'll need to purchase a
full retail french version of the OS and perform a clean installation.

If you use Multilingual User Interface, you can do it.

Greetings --

Actually, if you'll read the links you've provided, you'll find
that the MUI is available _only_ for Volume Licensed English versions
of the OS. It's not applicable in this case.
