How to change ftp settings for my web ?

How can I change my ftp settings for my web after I have been publishing to
it with FP2k?

I think I have "send all files" checked as opposed to "send only changed
files"

But, I can't seem to find how to access the ftp properties once they have
been set up.

File Menu | Publish Web and enter the URL and select your options.
