Change the format of forwarded e-mails

's Computer Specifications

When receiving forwarded messages the current format shows the most recent
response first in order. Is there anyway you can reverse this order so I
don't have to read the message from the bottom up?

You have no control over how the sender organized their e-mail.
Complain to the ender.
