One of my users asked how she can increase the font size of the text
contained in the Track Changes Comments balloons that one puts in the margin
of a Word document. I found info about changing it in one balloon but she
wants to change it globally for all balloons.

There's a "hidden" style called Balloon Text where you can set it
however you want -- go to the place in Styles & Formatting where you
tell it which styles to show and choose "All Styles." (Then after you
Modify it, switch back to the usual view, or you'll go crazy with the
hundreds of extra lines of style names.)
