Outlook 2003, HTML format, can you change the *background* color of the font,
I'm trying to highlight something. Format Font only does the font color.

Yes, enable Word as your E-mail Editor and also enable the Formatting
toolbar. You'll now get a Highlight icon which default is set to yellow.
