I had outlook installed in mu computer and it runs very well. But the folder
names were switched into Chinese someday I didn't even notice.

What I want to do is to change the folders in Chinese back into
English(inbox, sent items, spam, etc.).

Are you using an English version of Outlook?
Start it with the resetfoldernames switch;
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /resetfoldernames
